Lane Closure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Lane Closure Specialist responsible for establishing and maintaining safe work zones on highways and roadways, redirecting traffic, and working independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and taking down lane closures
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles
• Ensuring the safety of all personnel and drivers
• Redirecting traffic
• Working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to work in outdoor conditions with exposure to extreme weather, fumes, and noise
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
• Safety‑sensitive role requiring presence at work sites or driving company vehicles
