Lane Closure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Lane Closure Specialist responsible for establishing and maintaining safe work zones on highways and roadways, redirecting traffic, and working independently or as part of a crew. The role involves physical labor, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in outdoor conditions with exposure to extreme weather, fumes, and noise. The position is safety‑sensitive, requiring presence at work sites and operation of company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and taking down lane closures
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles
• Ensuring the safety of all personnel and motorists

Pay

The position offers competitive pay starting between $16.50‑$17.25/hour.
