Landscaping Technician

What You'll Do

• Landscape by mowing, edging, and trimming lawns on a scheduled rotation across the property portfolio.
• Maintain shrubs, flower beds, and seasonal plantings to Renjoy brand standards.
• Inspect irrigation systems and flag issues in Trellis immediately — same day, no exceptions.
• Prep exteriors before guest check-in and complete a final walkthrough post-checkout.
• Flag HOA or neighbor concerns to your manager the same day they arise.
• Track supply and equipment needs and submit requests via Trellis or Slack.
• Keep all tools and equipment clean, organized, and in working condition.
• Execute in-house trash pickup across assigned properties — missed pickups, post-checkout bins, full clears.
• Collect, bag, and remove all interior and exterior trash during property turns.
• Return bins to correct placement after every collection.
• Report damaged or missing bins in Trellis the same day.

Schedule & Compensation

• Independent Contractor | Field-Based across the Colorado Springs portfolio.
• Schedule varies based on business need; flexibility required.
• Starting pay: $24/hr.
• Mileage tracked and reimbursed via Timeero.
• Active COI required prior to first day of work.
