About the role
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscaping of various properties. Duties include planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain property grounds including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing
- Ensure all work adheres to safety guidelines and company policies
- Communicate regularly with property owners to address concerns and provide updates
- Perform light gardening tasks such as weeding and edging
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in landscaping or horticulture
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
- Experience with lawn equipment and tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
