About the role

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Landscape Section Tender who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Landscape Section Tenders shape the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks as assigned and instructed by the Landscape Manager and Field Supervisors.
• Report to the assigned project at the scheduled time and notify the company immediately in the event of any absence or delay.
• Maintain the quality standards and design intent of the project.
• Observe all project safety practices using provided PPE and report all injuries and occupational-related illnesses immediately to the Landscape Manager.
• Apply knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including general cleaning, proper pruning, weed control, watering, and recognition of common insect pests.
• Learn the common names of all plants within the project.
• Work effectively in a team dynamic.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Required to obtain a Driver’s Abstract when working in roles that may require driving a vehicle.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
