About the role
Lead a crew in maintaining high-profile commercial and residential properties throughout the Central Florida area in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct crew members to ensure job responsibilities are completed.
- Verify all crew members have and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Drive a truck with a trailer safely and efficiently to assigned properties daily.
- Maintain open, responsive, and friendly communication with team members and management.
- Uphold Baker’s core expectations: be friendly, perform quality work, and remain responsive.
Requirements
- Previous experience with landscape equipment and knowledge of landscape plant material is helpful.
- Clean Florida driving record with proven driving experience.
- Must meet insurance guidelines to qualify as a driver.
