Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts by actively assessing and qualifying opportunities
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to target specific companies and properties within our service sectors
- Present customized solutions and proposals that emphasize the value and benefits of Level Green's services to potential clients
- Engage in proactive prospecting and lead qualification to consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions within our CRM system
- Participate in networking events and industry expos to enhance market visibility and foster relationships within the community
- Communicate effectively with crucial decision-makers, both internally and externally, to drive our mission forward
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in a related industry, specifically targeting Property Managers or Commercial Real Estate Development/Management
- Proven track record in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales at a senior level
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective time management and the ability to work independently
- MUST be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid Driver's License
