Landscapers – Bay of Islands Branch

We are a reputable niche landscaping company based in Northland, specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects around the Bay of Islands. Our services include hard and soft landscaping solutions (from design to implementation) and ongoing garden maintenance.

About the role

We seek entry to intermediate level landscapers to join our Kerikeri branch on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow with our company and build a long-term career in landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard and soft landscaping tasks, from design implementation to garden maintenance
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects to high standards
• Maintain professional customer service and a keen eye for detail

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence and steel-cap boots
• Physically fit and strong, with the ability to work in a demanding environment
• Outstanding English communication skills
• Right to work in New Zealand
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing, criminal background checks, and provide references

Qualifications & Skills

• Horticulture and landscaping experience (advantageous but not essential for the right candidate)
• Horticulture knowledge (advantageous)
• Landscaping or horticulture qualification (advantageous)
• Passion for landscaping and professional customer service
• Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn and share knowledge
• Professional appearance and alignment with our company ethos

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (typical hours).

Pay

Remuneration package is variable and based on experience and attitude. To be discussed during the recruitment process.
