About the role
Successful landscaping company (Northland-based) seeks entry and intermediate level landscapers to work long term. We are a reputable niche landscaping company that especially appeals to high-end residential and commercial customers around the Bay of Islands and Northland area. Our company offers hard and soft landscaping solutions (from design to implementation) and ongoing garden maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of landscaping projects
- Perform physical labor such as planting, pruning, and mowing
- Assist in maintaining gardens and landscapes
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Adhere to high-quality standards and professional work culture
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and steelcap boots
- Physically fit and strong
- Outstanding English communication skills
- Horticulture and hard and soft landscaping experience a definite advantage
- Horticulture knowledge an advantage
- Horticulture and landscaping qualification an advantage (not essential for the right candidate)

Benefits

Pay
Salary rate is variable and based on experience and attitude.
Schedule
Typical hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
