Landscaper - Muskegon, Michigan

About the Role

The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 6 apartment communities in the Muskegon, Michigan area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year round individual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.

Schedule & Location

• Schedule: Dayshift hours 7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday - Friday
• Location: Muskegon, Michigan 49441

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 - $19.00/HR
• Up to $3,000/year in bonus potential

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year of professional landscaping experience
• Snow plowing experience required
