Primary Responsibilities
- Landscape all DATTCO properties
- Ensure equipment is repaired and maintained
- Solve problems related to maintenance
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Work unsupervised and with other team members
- Participate in winter work projects such as snow plowing, shoveling, and removal
- Respond to maintenance requests from the Facilities Manager
- Assist in managing emergencies as directed by management
- Attend work daily
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable, team player, and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule (Monday – Friday 0700 – 1530)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage and organize priorities
Compensation
$22.00-25.00/hour
