Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting, mulching, and general lawn and garden care to ensure clean, safe, and attractive grounds
• Assisting with basic irrigation checks, seasonal cleanups, and installation of plants or softscape features according to design plans and company standards
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
• Following safety procedures
• Working collaboratively with team members to complete scheduled jobs efficiently
• Maintaining consistent attendance and professional interaction with customers
• Adhering to company policies and quality guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Landscape Maintenance and general Landscaping tasks, including routine lawn care and property upkeep
• Knowledge of basic Gardening practices, such as planting, pruning, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Familiarity with Irrigation systems, including monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and assisting with repairs under guidance
• Exposure to or interest in Landscape Design concepts to support the installation of design plans and outdoor enhancements
• Capability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
• Experience using common landscaping tools and equipment safely; willingness to follow safety and environmental guidelines
• Reliable work habits, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on schedule
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; professional, courteous conduct with clients and colleagues
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred; prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is an advantage
