Job Description
Maintains and cares for the exterior appearance of institutional buildings, lawns, plantings, and grounds around campus utilizing hand tools and equipment. This position also requires including snow removal and preparing walks/entryways of residence halls with salt, etc.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of grounds keeping, seeding, planting, mulching, edging.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
