Lawn Maintenance
- Mow lawns
- Edege and trim borders
- Blow leaves and debris
- Weed and maintain landscape beds
Equipment Operation
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools safely
- Clean up properties and remove debris
Landscape Installation
- Install mulch, plants, sod, and seasonal flowers
- Assist with landscape enhancement projects
Other Duties
- Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Follow company safety procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with crew leaders and customers
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license a plus
