Landscape Sales or Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

• Provide consistent and frequent communication with customers, so as to ensure strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Carry out site visits to connect with clients, assist in consultations and development of installation and enhancement projects, or landscape maintenance needs.
• Provide calculated estimates for clients as needed.
• Establish effective lines of communication between the client, sales, design, and the production team to ensure a smooth transition from one customer step to the next.
• Follow up with clients post-project to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and neighborhood referrals.
