Responsibilities
- Aid scheduling and field managers with daily crew readiness by reviewing work orders, handling material ordering and acquisition, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing truck/equipment loading.
- Act as the main point of contact between multiple active job sites, crews, management, and clients to achieve quality, safety, budgetary, and scheduling objectives.
- Oversee the completion of punch-out for design/build projects, handle post-installation warranty issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic site visits at Estate Management projects to assess grounds and create action plans for maintenance teams.
- Initiate and oversee enhancement projects from beginning to end, including setup, layout, training, material sourcing, and invoicing.
- Make active field observations and interact directly with clients to identify, promote, and advance new enhancement projects.

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 annually
