Position Details
- Role: Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Crew
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary seasonally)
Responsibilities
- Perform pruning, weeding, edging, trimming, and mowing
- Handle mulching and general property maintenance
- Operate mowers, trimmers, tractors, trailers, and small equipment
- Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone
- Valid driver's license (Required)
