Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and guide your team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
- Train & Inspire: Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure work is completed on time, at a high standard, and with attention to detail.
- Safety First: Make sure your crew follows safety guidelines and maintains equipment properly.
- Customer Care: Keep clients happy by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Humble - Hungry - Kind: You lead by example, are eager to learn, and know how to get things done!
- At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving a truck with a trailer).
- Willingness to put in some extra hours when things get busy!
