Dynamic Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a landscape maintenance crew throughout Coastal Georgia. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a landscape maintenance crew
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and other landscape services
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Train team members and promote a positive, professional work environment
• Communicate with management regarding daily operations, customer needs, and property concerns

Qualifications

• Previous landscape maintenance experience required
• Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
• Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
