The chosen leader will take charge of property maintenance throughout the growing season and transition into coordinating critical snow removal efforts during the winter. Responsibilities

• Transport team members and equipment safely to designated job sites using a company truck and trailer.
• Perform a wide array of groundskeeping duties, such as operating stand-on mowers, blowing, and whipping.
• Direct the daily activities of the lawn care team to maintain high work standards and operational efficiency.
• Operate and oversee the safe daily use of assigned company vehicles, tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Support the company's winter operations by executing essential snow removal services.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Bring substantial hands-on experience and knowledge in lawn care and maintenance.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising or leading a crew.
• Understand landscaping materials and current industry best practices.
• Possess the physical ability to endure demanding outdoor work environments and conditions.

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
