About the role
The role of Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead involves overseeing a team of landscapers in maintaining and enhancing public and private landscapes. This includes planning, supervising, and coordinating daily tasks to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of landscapers to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations regarding landscape maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies related to landscaping and safety.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the maintained areas.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping or related field.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Knowledge of various landscaping techniques and tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of relevant training programs in landscaping or horticulture.
- Experience with landscaping software and tools.
