About the Role
We present an opportunity for you to develop and share your much-needed landscaping labourer skills as main support to our Sustainable® Construction Team. You will work on interesting and comprehensive projects with both hard and soft landscaping. We are ideally looking for individuals working towards a long-term relationship who are keen to work within a team environment to learn, contribute, and grow into site leadership roles.
Your experience in the landscaping and/or building/construction field, along with your strong practical understanding, common sense, mechanical mind, and task-oriented mindset will be best suited to this position.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sustainable® Construction Team on landscaping projects
- Work on both hard and soft landscaping tasks
- Collaborate in a team environment to learn and contribute
- Progress toward site leadership roles
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (preferably a ute)
- Basic trade tools (a list will be provided if selected for a meeting)
- Valid White Card (or be eligible to obtain one)
- (Preferred, not required immediately) Hold a minimum Light Rigid (LR) and/or Medium Rigid (MR) licence or be eligible to acquire one
Schedule
Consistent weekly workload of a minimum of 38 hours per week. Monday to Friday (no weekends).
Location
This position is based out of our Head Office in Karana Downs, across the western suburbs of Brisbane, QLD.
