Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team! In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for landscape projects
• Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and growth
• Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering schedules
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for customers and staff
• Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls with proper care and upkeep
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving landscaping or site improvements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
