We specialize in detailed garden work, and professional landscape installations. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work. Position Overview This position focuses primarily on garden installations and landscape improvements, including planting, bed preparation, mulching, and landscape construction support. You will work on beautiful residential / commercial properties throughout Dutchess County and surrounding areas as part of a small, professional crew. Responsibilities Installing trees, shrubs, and perennial gardensPreparing garden beds (edging, soil prep, grading)Installing mulch, soil, and amendmentsPlant layout and placementTransplanting existing plantsLight hardscape assistance when needed (stone, edging, etc.)Maintaining clean and organized job sitesOperating basic landscape equipment and tools Qualifications Experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor labor preferredKnowledge of plants is a big plus Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weatherReliable transportation to shop/job sitesStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work well with a small team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experienceConsistent seasonal work (spring through fall)Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyWork on high-end properties and detailed landscape projects Positive, professional team environment401k matchingPaid Sick Time Schedule Full-time seasonal position Monday – Friday
