Landscape Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an organized, self-motivated individual capable of managing 1-4 crew members in the successful coordination and implementation of all stages of landscape development. Must be able to efficiently and effectively motivate and lead crew while assuring our superior construction and installation standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of landscape materials & skills associated with installation
• Daily accurate job records for materials and labor
• Plant identification
• Detail oriented
• Proficiently operate machinery
• Enforce safety practices
• Driver’s license & good driving record (Class A Commercial)
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 80 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
• Dependable and great with encouraging teamwork
