Landscape/Field Operations Manager

About the role

The Landscape/Field Operations Manager oversees all aspects of landscaping and field operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including irrigation, planting, maintenance, and cleanup
• Manage a team of field workers and contractors
• Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to meet project requirements
• Prepare and present project reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape management or similar field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
• Experience with irrigation systems and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
