Landscape Enhancement Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own each project from initial proposal to the final walkthrough.
• Treat every installation as a personal investment to ensure seamless execution and total client satisfaction.
• Act as a key revenue driver by identifying new site opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and closing the deal.
• Serve as the point person for all project logistics, including full procurement, equipment staging, and final invoicing.
• Your obsession with the "small details" ensures a lasting, premium impact for every client.
• Lead and mentor a crew of 4–8 members.
• Manage the daily operations for our existing book of business while scaling your team to handle the new growth you bring in.
• Drive long-term expansion through strategic networking with general contractors, property managers, and current customers.

Qualifications

• 2-year Horticulture degree OR 4+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Proven track record in sales, project closing, and team leadership.
• Fluent in English; professional correspondence and presentation skills are a must.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
