Landscape Designer, Residential Outdoor Living Projects

Responsibilities

• Develop creative residential landscape concepts and outdoor living layout plans
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and permit-ready landscape documentation
• Cook up with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
• Revise landscape plans based on client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements
• Translate conceptual landscape ideas into technical plans that guide field installation
• Manage multiple residential landscape design projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver visually compelling outdoor environments

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
• Experience developing residential landscape designs and construction documentation
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong visual design ability combined with technical drafting skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and construction teams
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and maintain organized project workflows
