Job Description and Duties
As part of our growth, we are seeking a landscape designer to utilize professional architect skills and gain experience at the basic levels in the firm. It will encompass hand drawings, CAD work and general assistance in supporting project managers. The focus is to gain a broad exposure to the firm’s business to prepare for future advancement opportunities.
- Draft all CAD and hand produce drawings in accordance with Talson Design standards and directives given by Sr. Management.
- Draft CAD hand drawn details for construction, irrigation and planting to Talson Design standards.
- Maintain correct file network storage of project and related support files on computer network.
- Advise and update management on progress, schedule changes, project modifications, personal scheduling changes as well as notification of completion time at one hour prior to finishing an assignment.
- Make every effort to learn and progress in your knowledge.
- Attend meetings and presentations, take detailed notes, gain understanding of client relationships and work to understand the big picture.
