Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of detailed residential landscape plans, encompassing hardscape concepts, precise layouts, and planting schemes.
- Develop exact technical drawings, material lists, and project specifications, working closely with estimators to guarantee smooth constructibility.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from the initial contract phase to final closeout, expertly scheduling internal crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Cultivate ongoing revenue streams by pursuing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional results that encourage repeat clientele.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven expertise in design-build landscaping, landscape design, or related project management.
- Proficiency using industry-standard design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Land F/X, or equivalent software.
- Deep knowledge of modern landscape construction techniques, materials, and regional best practices to ensure buildable designs.
- Exceptional time-management capabilities with a proven history of successfully juggling multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated history of driving revenue and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
