About the role
A small developer with an in-house design studio is seeking a Landscape Designer to create innovative and sustainable designs for commercial and residential land development projects in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with licensed landscape architect and architecture team on all phases of design
- Produce digital drawings for review and inclusion in construction set
- Coordinate with internal architecture team on design and drawing sets, from SD through CD
- Prepare presentation packages and sketches using hand-drawing and digital drawing tools
- Create compelling digital sketches and renderings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
- 2-7 years of experience in landscape design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
