Landscape Crew Members

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Salsbery Brothers Landscaping
• Maintains communication with the job foreman
• Works as a team with crew to meet projected hours on jobs
• Prepares and secures all materials, tools, and equipment
• Able to safely learn how to operate equipment
• Counsels and promotes safe working conditions at all times
• Maintains clean equipment, truck, trailer, and job site
• Responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures

Requirements/Qualifications

• Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals.
• Basic plant identification and care knowledge
• Must be able to safely lift 50lbs or more regularly
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Have a good work ethic
• Man and operate equipment relative to your position
• Able to work on your feet for long hours
• Willingness to be a good TEAMMATE!!
