About the role
We are looking for a Landscape Crew Leader with experience leading a landscaping team in the field. You do not need to come from a specialized hardscape background to be considered. If you have successfully led a landscape crew, coordinated daily work, helped teammates stay productive, and taken ownership on job sites, your experience may be a great fit. Experience with patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, or outdoor living projects is a plus—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support landscape crew members during daily field operations
- Help organize job sites, materials, tools, and daily priorities
- Communicate with team members to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional work areas
- Support quality standards throughout each project
- Work hands-on alongside your crew
Skills
Additional hardscape experience is valuable, including:
- Patios and walkways
- Retaining walls
- Stonework or paver installation
- Outdoor living construction
These skills are a bonus—leadership experience in landscaping is what matters most.
