A Landscape Crew Leader is a supervisor position responsible for executing landscape plans, managing projects, and developing customer relationships. Essential functions include executing projects, managing projects, using various equipment, driving a commercial vehicle, managing crews, communicating with customers, supervising snow zones, and adhering to company policies.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Passes a drug and alcohol test
• One year of experience leading landscape crews
• Advanced mowing equipment experience
• Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites preferred
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software programs
• Able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
