A Landscape Crew Leader is a supervisor position responsible for executing landscape plans, managing projects, and developing customer relationships. Essential functions include executing projects, managing projects, using equipment, driving, managing crews, and communicating with customers.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Passes a drug and alcohol test
• One year of experience leading landscape crews
• Advanced mowing equipment experience
• Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites preferred
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software programs
• Able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
