Landscape Construction Project Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing each project from estimator handoff through final walkthrough and close-out documentation. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project estimator, operations team, and logistics team to ensure seamless project execution, high-quality results, and on-time delivery. You'll coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and clients, attend meetings and site visits, and manage day-to-day project activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned landscape installation projects from project handoff to closeout
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and contractors
• Collaborate with internal estimating and project management teams
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up via email and internal systems
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Heritage's professional standards
• Represent the company in meetings and job-related functions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management for construction or landscape projects
• Proven experience with both softscape and hardscape installations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management
• Professional, clear communicator
• Comfortable with in-person client and vendor interaction
• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Holly, MI
