Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple high-end residential landscape projects.
- Ensure design, quality, safety, and brand standards are met.
- Supervise and schedule crews and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with clients and designers during project execution.
- Develop and monitor budgets and schedules to maintain profitability.
- Enforce safety protocols and site compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in landscape construction/project management, with a preference for luxury residential experience.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, materials, and horticulture.
- Proven leadership and crew management skills.
- Able to read and interpret landscape plans.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
- Experience with irrigation, lighting, and hardscape installation, along with knowledge of high-value custom features.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.
