Landscape Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-end residential landscape projects.
• Ensure design, quality, safety, and brand standards are met.
• Supervise and schedule crews and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with clients and designers during project execution.
• Develop and monitor budgets and schedules to maintain profitability.
• Enforce safety protocols and site compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction/project management, with a preference for luxury residential experience.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, materials, and horticulture.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Able to read and interpret landscape plans.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Experience with irrigation, lighting, and hardscape installation, along with knowledge of high-value custom features.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.
