Landscape Construction Foreman
Let’s build something great together. Outback Landscape is looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman who knows how to take a set of plans and bring them to life—on time, on budget, and with pride. Responsibilities
- Lead 2–6 crew members in landscape construction projects (hardscape, irrigation, planting, grading)
- Manage daily site operations: materials, schedules, safety, and quality control
- Read and interpret plans and blueprints accurately
- Run skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other equipment with confidence
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers and clients on progress and punch lists
- Solve problems in real-time and keep jobs moving
- Track time, materials, and progress with daily accountability
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in landscape or construction leadership
- Proficiency in hardscapes, grading, and equipment operation
- Ability to read and understand plans and site layouts
- A clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Strong leadership, accountability, and pride in your work
- Willingness to train, grow, and uphold our standard of excellence

Pay
$20–$30/hour based on experience and certifications
