Qualifications And Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a site manager in a landscape construction company
• Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and commitment
• Ability to work with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and within budget
• Ability to read blueprints
• Clean driving record
• Crew scheduling and supervision experience
• Organization of job tasks and materials
• Irrigation system knowledge
• Plant knowledge and identification
• Drainage systems knowledge
• Rock placement / Boulder wall installation experience
• Paver, wall, and other hardscape knowledge
• Skid steer and Mini excavator knowledge and Experience
• Ability to perform a physically demanding job
• Great Customer relations/communications
