Job Description And Duties

• Affords research of codes and ordinances and other due diligence tasks.
• Supports production of landscape architecture and planning drawings and documents ensuring error-free work.
• Maintains timely submission of timesheets.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with staff.
• Willingness to learn and commitment to the profession.
• Collaborates with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.

Education And/or Experience

• In process of completing a BS/BA degree from an accredited university in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Urban Planning.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Excellent oral and technical written communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work nights and weekends to complete projects as necessary.
• Ability to make independent decisions within a general framework.
• Knowledge of industry-related software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Adobe products and Sketchup preferred.
• Fluency in the English language required.
