Land Surveyor Crew Chief

About the role
This is a full-time Land Surveyor Crew Chief position. The Crew Chief will perform various types of surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction layout, as-built, and more. The role involves working on construction sites to provide contractors with requested layout as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction layout, as-built, and other types of surveys
- Work on construction sites to provide layout for contractors as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency using total stations, GPS systems, robotic instruments, etc.
- Driver’s license and safe driving habits
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications

- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and other surveyors
Pay
$40–45/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
