What We Do
Coordinate land survey processes, ensuring timely and complete delivery of ALTA Land Title Surveys, and maintain communication with clients and vendors. Duties include project planning, resource allocation, status tracking, and issue resolution, often involving coordination with other teams and projects.
Responsibilities
- Organizes, prioritizes, and generally coordinates the process of obtaining land surveys for jobs and/or individual job sites as required by clients.
- Oversees various projects of a complex nature.
- Maintains frequent client and/or vendor contact, providing status and issue resolution on a regular and as-needed basis.
- Coordinates with contracting and quality control team members to ensure that surveys are timely and complete, meeting both contractual obligations and client needs.
- Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
- Works closely with all parties in the transaction, CDS staff, and vendors completing the work.
- Responsible for review of comments, management of vendor, and issuance of revised Surveys.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some college preferred.
- 3-5 years of directly related experience.
Skills
- Conceptual understanding of current technologies and methodologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors.
- Experience with project management methodologies and techniques, and their application in business and technical environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
- Must be customer-focused with a positive outlook and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Experience with reading Title and/or Land Surveys.
Pay
Pay Range: $19.12 - $25.49 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
