Land Survey / Project Manager

About the role

Holden Engineering & Surveying is expanding its staff to meet demands for ongoing and upcoming projects across a growing 40-year base of commercial and municipal clients. Work with a dedicated and friendly team of professional engineers, civil technicians, surveyors, and CADD personnel to deliver quality site plans for commercial and municipal projects across NH, MA, VT, and ME. Our office is conveniently located just 3 minutes from I-293 and Everett Turnpike (Route 3) in Bedford, NH.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary plans, subdivision plans, topographic plans, and base plans for site plans, roadway plans, and drainage plans as well as other associated submission materials
• Develop basic proposals, schedules, and priorities for survey research, field surveying, and CAD
• Communicate clearly with clients, field surveyors, approving agencies, and Holden staff
• Arrange schedules efficiently for projects and staff
• Prepare new proposals to determine staffing requirements and total cost for the job

Qualifications

• Experienced in the field of land surveying
• Ability to communicate effectively with field surveyors, clients, and approving agencies
• Experience in the preparation of boundary plans, subdivision plans, topographic plans, and base plans for site plans, roadway plans, and drainage plans as well as other associated submission materials
• Strong organizational skills for arranging schedules for projects and staff
