About the role
The successful candidate will manage land survey projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fieldwork and data collection for land surveys
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Ensure all work complies with state and local surveying standards
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to resolve issues and meet project goals
Requirements
- American Land Title Association (ALTA) certification preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Absolutely required: Arizona Registered Land Surveyor
- Minimum of 10 years surveying experience
- Familiarity with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D software
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
- Up to $120,000 annual salary based on experience
