Land Intern
Position Summary
Participating in field oversight activities related to site development and lot delivery
Working alongside civil contractors, consultants, and trade partners to monitor project progress and construction activities
Coordinating with local inspectors, municipal representatives, and jurisdictional staff throughout the development process
Assisting with land development budget tracking and cost management
Participating in onsite meetings related to safety, contractor coordination, and project execution
Developing familiarity with permitting requirements, compliance procedures, and site safety protocols
Working collaboratively with internal departments and cross-functional teams throughout the development process
Supporting the team in conducting market research and feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions.
Supporting the team in analyzing zoning and regulatory requirements.
Participating in due diligence activities related to land development.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete all other duties as assigned by manager.
- Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Progress with successful Academic record
- Approaching successful graduation within 1 year
Pay
This position pays between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
