Land Development Team Leader

We are growing our Land Development team in Springfield, MO and looking for a Team Leader to help lead the next phase.

About the role

This role is for someone who is already leading projects and relationships and is ready to have a bigger hand in shaping both. Not just managing work, but helping influence how it’s delivered and how the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients and internal teams to keep things moving—technically, financially, and relationally.
• Mentor and support a team of engineers.
• Build and strengthen client relationships (and help bring new ones in!).
• Stay close to project performance (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Play a role in expanding our presence in the Springfield market.
• Help shape how the team operates and delivers work.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of land development experience.
• PE license (preferred).
• Strong project and client management experience.
• Experience leading teams or a clear readiness to step into that role.
• A sense of ownership: you care about the work, your team, and your clients.
