Responsibilities

• Oversee land development schedules and budgets
• Act as an advisor and communicator to motivate subcontractors
• Maintain high standards to push the company ahead of the competition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture
• At least four years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education/experience
• Ability to read site plans
• Knowledge of soil mechanics
• Valid driver's license
