Land Development Manager

The successful candidate will manage a team of land development professionals, ensuring projects are organized, budgeted, and monitored effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of land development professionals
• Assign work and geographic territories
• Prioritize work and review work product
• Negotiate, award, and execute contracts related to Request For Proposals (RFP’s)
• Maintain a valid driver's license

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a background in civil engineering, planning, or construction management preferred
• At least 5 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluid in the Request For Proposals (RFP’s) process to vendor/professional pool, negotiation, and contract execution
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license.

Skills

Strong organizational, budgeting, and monitoring skills; ability to negotiate and execute contracts; proficiency in RFP processes; effective leadership and team management skills.

Benefits

• Annual salary of $122,000 - $140,000 plus bonus potential
