Land Analyst II, III, Sr

Responsibilities

• Serves as super-user and specialist of the company land database; including data entry, preparing reports and providing training
• Accounts for calculations related to all payments and other financial obligations
• Mentors others and serves as an industry specialist
• Led due diligence efforts on coordinating the land files when considering acquisition or disposition of assets
• Prepares sophisticated legal descriptions and drawings
• Prepares applications for permits, licenses, and renewals
• Analyzes land rights and obligations pertaining to abandonment and retirement of pipeline and facility assets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
• Knowledge of financial systems
• Performs key responsibilities of the Land Analysts, including management of overall records management, data integrity and project management for all tasks in their areas of responsibility.
