Land Acquisitions and Development Analyst

About the role

The Land Acquisitions and Development Analyst will assist with multi-million dollar development deals by conducting all due diligence pre and post-contract for targeted properties and lots. This position will meet with state, county, and city officials and engineers to gather all governmental regulations to ensure compliance. This position will maintain all due diligence materials and underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way. The Land Acquisitions and Development Analyst will assist in the development of residential lots and land for LGI Homes. This role will support multi-million dollar development deals by maintaining land budgets, monitoring lot costs, updating development and lot inventory logs, and obtaining agency plat and plan approvals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all due diligence pre and post-contract for targeted properties and lots
• Meet with state, county, and city officials and engineers to gather all governmental regulations to ensure compliance
• Maintain all due diligence materials and underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way
• Aid in the development of residential lots and land for LGI Homes
• Maintain land budgets, monitor lot costs, update development and lot inventory logs, and obtain agency plat and plan approvals

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience is highly preferred for this role

Pay

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
